The User Status 'By Group / Company' report shows user access to the project aggregated by group. It includes a count of Added, Invited, and logged-in users and offers a quick, at-a-glance snapshot of action items needed to grant access to a group.
The report can answer the following questions:
- Is there a company or group that has been added to the project but hasn't yet been invited?
- Is there a company or group that's received their invitations, but hasn't yet logged in?
- Is there a company or group that includes inactive users?
The report does not need to be run. However, it can display activity by company or by group.
