The User Access 'By Folder' report shows the Content Role for each user for each folder in the project. It provides a detailed breakdown of user access, and can be run by individual companies for any number of folder levels.
The report can answer the following questions:
- Which folders does a specific user have access to?
- Which folders can this company access ?
- Can a specific user see this folder?
To run the report:
- Select from the reports filters.
'Company' lets you run the report for a specific company. By default all companies are displayed. 'Folder Level' lets you choose the depth of the folder path that will be included in the report. 'Level 1' will only show the directory level (not its subfolders). 'All' will include all folders and subfolders. - Click Run Report.
