"This site can't be reached" error message

Symptom

When you attempt to access your Firmex data room, you are presented with the message "This site can't be reached", "This webpage is not available", or something similar.

Cause

The most likely cause is that your network's firewall is blocking access to your Firmex data room.

Solution

First, try a different browser to rule out any browser incompatibility issues.

Failing that, request that your IT allows traffic to and from *.firmex.com on ports 80 (http) and 443 (https).

Once this has been completed, try logging in to Firmex again.
