When you attempt to access your Firmex data room, you are presented with the message "This page can't be displayed" (Internet Explorer) or "This webpage is not available" (Google Chrome).
The most likely cause is that your network's firewall is blocking access to your the Firmex data room.
Request that your IT allows traffic to and from *.firmex.com on ports 80 (http) and 443 (https).
Once this has been completed, try logging in to Firmex again.
