This article applies to Project Administrators
The ability to download more than one document at a time in your project is controlled by the project's Administrator. The bulk download feature can be enabled or disabled for each group in the project. For newly created projects the default is for bulk download to be disabled.
To manage bulk download for a group in your project
- Go to the project's Groups & Users tab.
- Click All Groups.
- From the Bulk Download column, use the checkboxes to enable or disable bulk download for each group.
The selected groups are now able to bulk download documents.
Create new groups with bulk download enabled by default
Note: When a new project is created, the Administrator and Support groups have bulk download enabled by default.
- Go to the project's Settings > Options tab.
- Use the checkbox to enable or disable bulk download as a default for newly created groups.
