Depending on the document protection settings set up by the project administrator, you may be required to install Seclore Lite for PDF and Office to view documents that have been downloaded to your computer.
Close Adobe Reader or Acrobat and any Microsoft Office applications.
Install the plug-in.
Once the installation is complete, open the downloaded documents from the data room.
Users who are logged in using Single Sign On (SSO) will have to authenticate themselves the first time when opening a Seclore protected document.
All Firmex applications should be open on ports 80 (http) and 443 (https). Please ensure that any restrictions to *firmex.com are removed from your company firewall. Specifically, the site http://seclore.firmex.com, and https://(clientname).firmex.com should be allowed through the firewall or proxy.
