I can’t delete documents

Symptom

The user does not see a Delete button.

Cause

The user does not have permission to delete documents or folders in the selected area of the project.

Solution

In the project, right-click a folder or document you want to delete. In the menu that appears, do you see a Delete option?


If you do not, you must request permission to delete folders and documents from the project Administrator. Specifically, you need to request a Content Role of Manager.
