Hiding folders
On standard projects
Folder permissions are set by groups in Firmex. To do so:
- In Firmex, click Documents.
- On the left side of the Documents page, right-click the folder you want to hide and select Set Permission.
- Find the group from whom you want to hide the folder. Change the group's Content Role to No Access from the Content Role pull-down next to the group's name.
- Click Apply to Folder to apply the change to the selected folder, or Apply to Folder & Subfolders to apply the change to the selected folder and all its subfolders.
To hide folders from individual users, you must create a new group, move the user to that group, and then hide the folder from the newly created group.
