Every user that is invited to your Firmex project will receive an email containing a link to set their password. This email invitation is valid for 7 days. The video below shows the process of receiving the initial email and logging in for the first time.
For users whose company is using Single Sign On (SSO), you may access Firmex through your company's portal.
Invitation Email
You will have received an invitation from Firmex with the subject line 'You've been invited to...'. If you're unable to find it, see this article or contact our Product Support team.
Set Your Password
Click the Set Password button in the invitation email. Create a new password that meets the following requirements:
- Contains at least 1 alpha character (a-z, A-Z)
- Contains at least 1 numeric character (0-9)
- Contains at least 1 special character (e.g. ! @ # $ %)
- Contains at least 8 characters
Next, agree to the Terms of Use and click the Save New Password button.
