Note: The report referenced in this article can only be accessed by Site Administrators (Administrators of the entire site for Firmex subscription clients).
The Storage Use By Project report is a site report that shows storage and document count for each project on your Firmex site.
The report can answer the following questions:
- Which project is using the most amount of storage?
- How many documents are in a specific project?
- What date was a project created?
- When was a project last accessed?
To find the report:
- As a Site Administrator, go to the site-level by clicking the logo at the top left
- Go to the Reports tab
- Select the last report, Storage Use by Project
To run the report:
- By default, the report will display graphs of the Top 10 Projects by Storage Used and by Document Count
- To export all projects and find the total amount of storage across the site for all projects, select the Export to Excel button beside Filter Results in the top right corner of the data table.
