The Firmex Support Activity report is a site report that logs every instance that a Firmex Support agent logged in to your site for training or support purposes. 

The report can answer the following questions:

  • When did Firmex Support log in to my site?
  • How many times did my users ask questions of Firmex Support?

To run the report:

  1. Select a Date Range for the report.  
  2. Click Run Report.
