Note: The report referenced in this article can only be accessed by Site Administrators (Administrators of the entire site for Firmex subscription clients).

The Firmex Support Activity report is a site report that logs every instance that a Firmex Support agent accesses your site for training, support, or USB archive purposes.

Seeing entries in this report does not indicate that a Firmex Support agent has accessed a specific project or documents. This information can be found in the Project Reports tab, after enabling the Firmex Support reporting option in the Project Settings tab under Options. 

The report can answer the following questions:

  • When did Firmex Support log in to my site?
  • How many times did my users contact the Firmex Support team, requiring them to access my site?

To find the report:

  1. As a Site Administrator, go to the site-level by clicking the logo at the top left
  2. Go to the Reports tab
  3. Select the second report, Firmex Support Activity

To run the report:

  1. Select a Date Range for the report.  
  2. Click Run Report
  3. Export to Excel by selecting the Excel icon at the top-right
