Note: The report referenced in this article can only be accessed by Site Administrators (Administrators of the entire site for Firmex subscription clients).
The User Activity By Project report is a site report that shows each user who entered a project and the time they were active in that project.
The report can answer the following questions:
- What are the most active projects on my Firmex site?
- Who are the most active users on my Firmex site?
To find the report:
- As a Site Administrator, go to the site-level by clicking the logo at the top left
- Go to the Reports tab
- Select the third report, User Activity by Project
To run the report:
- Select a Date Range for the report.
- Click Generate Excel Report. The report is not displayed directly in Firmex, it needs to be viewed in Excel.
The report shows each user's duration in each project for the given date range, in hours. The report also includes the user's Project Role, Content Role, and Group name.
