Note: The report referenced in this article can only be accessed by Site Administrators (Administrators of the entire site for Firmex subscription clients).

The Log In Attempts report is a Site report that displays each failed login attempt due to incorrect password, user not found, or inactive accounts. 

The report can answer the following questions:

  • In the last 30 days, have any inactive accounts tried to log in to the site?
  • Which employees are trying to log in to the site who don't have an account? 

To find the report:

  1. As a Site Administrator, go to the site-level by clicking the logo at the top left
  2. Go to the Reports tab 
  3. You'll arrive at the first report, Log in Attempts 

To run the report:

  1. Select a Date Range for the report.  
  2. Click Run Report.
  3. Export to Excel by selecting the Excel icon at the top-right

The report displays each failed login attempt and includes the IP address of the person attempting to log in.
