Note: The report referenced in this article can only be accessed by Site Administrators (Administrators of the entire site for Firmex subscription clients).
The Site Activity By User report is a site report that shows each user who logged in to the site and the time they were active.
The report can answer the following questions:
- Which users are most active in my Firmex site?
- Which users are inactive in my Firmex site?
To find the report:
- As a Site Administrator, go to the site-level by clicking the logo at the top left
- Go to the Reports tab
- Select the fourth report, Site Activity by User
To run the report:
- Select a Date Range for the report.
- Click Run Report.
- Export to Excel by selecting the Excel icon at the top-right
The report shows the total logged in duration for each user for the selected date range. The report also displays the current status for each user.
