The projects window contains a list of all of your Firmex projects. Depending on each user's permission, as well as the project's status, the projects on this list may or may not be visible or accessible to the user.
Note that by default, if a user has not been invited to a project, they will not see the project on the project list.
Getting to the project list window
To access the projects window, click the logo at the top-left corner of your screen. If you have access to more than one project, or if you have a site role of 'Contributor' or 'Administrator', you will access the project list window. Users who only have access to a single project will not be able to access the project list window.
The project list window
The projects window is divided into four main areas:
- Site-level resources: Site administrators may access Site Search, Site Users, Site Reports, and Site Settings using these tabs (learn more about site-level resources).
- Project filters: Filter between 'My Active Projects' (displays the projects you have access to), 'All Projects' (Site Administrators may view all projects on the site), and 'Archived Projects' (Site Administrators may request that Archived projects be restored by a Firmex Support team member).
