Use the same username and password you use to log in to the Firmex website to log in to Firmex VDR for iOS.
- Connect your iOS device to the Internet with Wi-Fi.
- Open the Firmex VDR for iOS app.
- Enter your site name. E.g. clientname.firmex.com
- Enter your Firmex username (i.e. email address).
- Enter your Firmex password.
- Tap Log In.
At this time, the Firmex VDR for iOS app is not available to users logged in using Single Sign On (SSO). It remains available to all other users. SSO support for the app will be added in a future release.
