Use the same username and password you use to log in to the Firmex website to log in to Firmex VDR for iOS.
- Connect your iOS device to the Internet with Wi-Fi.
- Open the Firmex VDR for iOS app.
- Enter your site name. E.g. clientname.firmex.com
- Enter your Firmex username (i.e. email address).
- Enter your Firmex password.
- Tap Log In.
At this time, the Firmex VDR for iOS app is not available to users logged in using Single Sign On (SSO). It remains available to all other users.
*Note: Due to limited use of the Firmex iOS app, decision was made to pull it from the app store. While the app will continue to function for the limited number of existing users, no new users will be enabled. Firmex reserves the right to deprecate the app altogether, but has chosen at this point in time not to do so.
