JULY 2019

  • Added a new column to the All Users Excel export indicating whether a user can bulk download.

JUNE 2019

MAY 2019

  • You can now enable or disable bulk download for each group in your project. This gives you more granular control over who can access your project’s documents. Learn more.

Fixes

  • Fixes an issue where the Firmex Viewer displays an old version of a document when a new version is available.
  • Fixes an issue with users not being able to print from the Firmex Viewer when using Internet Explorer 11 or Edge.

APRIL 2019

  • The Office field is now optional when adding users to a group. This reduces the amount of information required to add a user to the VDR.

Fixes

  • Improvements to the Document Exchange for Desktop when download large single files over 1GB to allow streaming of the file and increase the number of retries for large files.

MARCH 2019

  • You are now able to control the frequency of Q&A task notification emails. Groups may want to set their task notifications to None - as opposed to Immediate - at the beginning of the Q&A process.

FEBRUARY 2019

  • All clients are now using a single document security plugin, making for simpler ongoing support, development, and testing.
  • Increased security of watermarked documents.
  • Email invitations now contain a user’s email address, making it easier for users to know which email address to use in the VDR.
