- In your Firmex project, from the top-right corner click the Tools icon. Then, select Document Exchange for Desktop.
- Click Download.
If you do not see the Tools icon, simply type 'desktoptool' at the end of the web address (ex. example.firmex.com/desktoptool).
Depending on your browser, you'll be prompted to Download or Open the application. Choose the Download option.
The application is 28MB in size. Once downloaded, install the application. In most cases, your IT Administrator will not be required to install the application for you.
