How do I reset a password? Where is the login page? How do I bulk download? Is there a table of contents?

I’ve clicked “browse” but nothing is happening

Symptom

When performing a Direct To Disk download, I am clicking on the Browse button to choose a location on my computer to save the documents, but nothing is happening.

Cause

  1. Java needs to be updated
    OR
  2. Java is being blocked by your browser and it’s not being allowed to function

Solution

  1. Go to www.Java.com and click “Do I have Java?” to ensure that your Java is up to date
  2. Depending on your browser, you may see an icon that lets you know that Java is currently being blocked:

    Click on the blocked plug-in icon and choose always allow then request the download again.
