When performing a Direct To Disk download, I am clicking on the Browse button to choose a location on my computer to save the documents, but nothing is happening.
- Java needs to be updated
- Java is being blocked by your browser and it’s not being allowed to function
- Go to www.Java.com and click “Do I have Java?” to ensure that your Java is up to date
- Depending on your browser, you may see an icon that lets you know that Java is currently being blocked:
Click on the blocked plug-in icon and choose always allow then request the download again.
