The DocExchange shows me that my zip download is complete, but I have not received an email.
- The zip download email has been marked as spam or junk by the your email program.
- Firmex’s email domain (@firmexpostmaster.com) has been blocked by your company’s firewall.
- At the top-right corner of your Firmex screen, click the envelope icon.
- Look for a message containing the words Your Document Bulk Download Request is complete. Open the message.
Log in to your email program and check your spam and junk folder for an email containing the subject line “Your Document Bulk Download Request is complete” from the sender @firmexpostmaster.com.
Contact your IT administrator and ask that the domain @firmexpostmaster.com be allowed through the company firewall.
